Surgery

After a long time waiting for the operation in the hospital The operating date was set on March 22. It took some time to get both surgeons on the same day in the operating room.

The plan was to take of 3 extra centimeter from the right forefoot. The last amputation was not a success.

This leaves me with almost nothing to stand on. This also means i have to learn to walk again. To move around without almost no balance will be a challenge. It’s good to know i love challenges.

Still thinking if i should post the pictures from my leg after surgery???? Maybe on a second page, so you can decide if you want to see them or not.

Six weeks in a plaster cast, have to give rest to the wounds and it also protect me from doing to much to fast.

Full re validation can start when the cast comes off. (looking forward to that situation.)
