second workout.
Last day of 2023.
A nice workout, I still have to use the SkiErg seated, but ready to take it a bit further
- Seated basic SkiErg 1500 m.
- Seated alternating SkiErg 500 m.
- Seated 2 hands left, 2 hands right SkiErg 500 m.
- Seated cross fit style SkiErg 1000 m.
I seems like i did hardly anything but I have to start somewhere.
